what are the DC OUT connections on the top of the PSP for??

isn't the DC/AC out at the bottom- i thought that the two 'holes' at the top either side of the USB connection were for accessories.

Yea, that's what the mic for Talkman screws onto and what the camera and GPS will screw onto. Also a lot of external batteries clip onto those.
