I'd say the best Superhero movie to be made in the last 5 years is either Spiderman or Batman Begins...

I had high hopes for Superman Returns, begin a huge Superman fan, and although it was a good film, it wasn't great...

On a sidenote, I watched the Richard Donner version of Superman II last month. If you're a fan of the original Superman movies it's definitely worth a look and, in my opinion, is slightly better than the originally released SMII.

i was really pissed a bout that too the spawn movie could have been great but they just haaad to make it family friendly

The spider-man movies are by far the best out of all of them, although I love the x-men ones and batman: begins too. But Spider-man 3 hands down is just going to be plain amazing.

THE BEST IS HANDS DOWN blade trilogy, spiderman 3 will be AMAZING, ghost rider will not be so great because they casted nicolas cage, WOW who agrees with me! FF rise of silver surfer looks amazing, these are all marvel comics.

for darkhorse comic, HELLBOY was really good and i think 300 will be one of my all time favourites. i still havent watched sin city ):!

the x-men movies were great but i think that off the list it will be ghost rider, although as far as not on the list i really like hellboy, even if the charachters seemed a little shallow.

I'd personally vote Spiderman, though I gotta say Keaton's batman is a close second. If you had told me 10 years ago that Michael Keaton would be playing Batman, and not only that, but there would be 3 other Batman movies made with other actors and he'd be the best of the lot I'd have smacked you.
