There should be a place for VIPs to up/download iPod formatted stuff.

i believe the ipod videos are the same format as PSP, correct me if im wrong

they are lower rez (and obviously there is the PSP naming structure)
Basically a ipod formatted movie can work on a PSP with minor tweaking to the name, but PSP movies won't play on the iPod because they are too high quality.

Still though I use my iPod for video probably more then the PSP due to the expanded storage space.

Yep Im pretty sure that is true, both the psp and ipod videos use MP4

the screen sizes are different but i definetely have movies i can contibute if this was ever started

I think Ipod-spot would be pretty cool. I know there are many ipod sites, but Ipod-spot can have all the homebrew downloads for it, like ipod linux, rockbox and iboy. There could also be support for it too. Good Idea

I agree i just got an ipod video 5g for christmas and was looking through this site and noticed there is no spot for ipods. and there is a diffrence between the two, i've noticed that lately while uploading videos to my ipod.

maybe i will work on an ipod-spot

i prefer psp's to ipods, because you can enlarge the size on psp not with ipods

Not sure where to post this because we have no Ipod-Spot, but here you go have a look for yourself IpodWizard its pretty simple and easy to use and i've been using it this afternoon with no trouble at all.

As real said you pay for the name, i first got an ipod 2 years ago and i thought i was cool with the only person having one, but one person said to me whats the point in paying all that money when you can have the same for cheaper, or have more memory for the same price so i just look for bargins now lol

I have a video ipod and a PSP. The ipod is strickly for music and thats it. Movies I put on my PSP. Its sad that I wasted the money on it but the PSP owns the ipod!

I disagree with you there. The PSP is a multi media handheld. Primarily for games but it also has the ability for many other things. Sony did not intend it to be just a games console. Thats why it plays .avi and .mp4 and mp3 and attrac fies....moreover it also plays UMD movies.

They both play videos, but the Ipod has more space, I h8 Ipods, but since they have mroe space id use them for video!

The most from a PSP is 4GB, but its expensive, they may have an 8GB, but thats probly worse than da 4GB! U can use multiple MSes but thats expensive too, as they come out w/ bigger ones, the smaller ones will be cheaper and from there if u really wanna u can get a really big one for wat da price of a big one is now!

insted of making a new section, download a converter. Try Total Video Converter - its the best for any vids like psp, ipod, phone ect.
