I have purchased the Unlimited Lifetime membership, but the systems still says that I can not d-load. What is all involved in getting my membership activated. I have sent a message to the Head Mods but have not got a reply. Looking for guidance to solve this problem.

The PMs were read but there was no action taken.
After almost 20 days of no response, I am starting to think that the PMs to the Head Mods are ignored.
The topics asking question of the Head Mods are ignored. And purchasing a membership to better assist the PSP Spot with funds is a waste of money and effort. 
I am now posting this again to gain some support (which I paid for) and some guidance.
when I attempt to d-load the system says I do not have the necessary authorization to d-load.
