Fanjita has done it again!!!!

Incase the title dosen't give you a clue, the old GTA eboot loader for emulators has been upgraded, and now supporst sound on the DGEN emulator, and a bit faster SNES emulation. Fanjita has also added more support for other homebrew, and the loader itself is more stable than the previous one which would only launch 1 out of every 5 times....The new loader is named "Brown Ale"
