Does any 1 out there have a clue on how to get a v2.5 UMD Game (Smackdown vs Raw) 2 work on v1.5 software, i have tried every thing, PLEASE help

This won't really count as help but its damn good advice. Whatever you be cautious what programme your using and what your doing, you could brick your psp, so look very closely on what your using.

you can use WAB version changer.
this will make your psp 2.00, 2.01 or 2.50 while your running firmware 1.5
note that this will not work with all games that require firmware update because the new firmware supports more file formats (like video avi and others)
or you can use mhp's new firmware launcher that updates your psp and you can still play homebrew as if you were running firmware 1.5 (its a custom firmware, sort of)

I think it has the same coding or whatever as Grand Theft Auto and SOCOM. Not sure though. If it isn't, use Flashmod v2.0. Great program.

if mastermidget is right then there is no way to run that umd on firmware 1.5 (hopefully future releases of mph's firmware launcher will fix this somehow then firmware 1.5 will be UNSTOPABLE, just a thought,)

Smackdown uses the same coding as GTA etc. It works on 2.00 so just upgrade to 2.00 and play the game and then use the downgrader to go back to 1.5 and the wonderful homebrew world.

This wab changer is it safe to use it?
They need to develop a new tool to do this in a safer way dont you think?

i own Smackdown vs Raw 06 and i cant play even thou it uses same codecs as GTA, if i used wab version 2 trick psp into thinking its version 2.6 and used MPH Game loader 1.1 2 run the UMD u reakon it cud work?
