I updated my 1.0 to 1.50 the other day, here's the file:

It's in German (the site, not the firmware), but ignore that, it should auto-download after a few seconds.
Where shall i put the eboot file?

If you're serious about updating. Place the EBOOT.PBP inside the Memorystick:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE\
Plug in your AC Adaptor and run the program.
