plaease send file for psp 2.0 overclock software so i could increase my psp speed don't have versian 1.5 just 2.0

Not possible.
Elf files cannot be booted on 2.0 currently.

And its not overclocking. Its normal clocking. The PSP has a 333mhz cpu should be able to overclock to 400mhz.
