you knwo when you go onto a game and it has the psp-dev screen is there any way to change it or any app that does it? thanks in advance

any general pbp-unpacker, i use pbpunpacker for mine.

Unpack your pbp file and then..

Go get your favourite photo editing program, make a new document uhh.... whatever size it was (go check the size in the png files that you unpacked). Go save your files as pngs and then upload them. Hope it works out a'ight
