what would be the quickest way to rip a DVD to my PSP using a mac? Right now i'm using mactheripper along with ffmpegx. but it takes forever!! (around 2.5 hours to rip a 2 hour movie).

a friend of mine on his computer uses DVD shrink and some other program and it flies!

am i doing something wrong? or is it just really this slow?
