Why would you want to do this? You'd degrade the quality even further (even if you encoded at a higher bitrate than the MP4).

If you've got a H264 encoder, then it should accept the MP4 as input anyway.

I think PSP video 9 is working on AVC support. Just wait a while till they come up with something.

AVC support for higher resolution.. However, i try convert it but fail to play it on psp.. sad.gif

why would you want to covert it i dont think the resultion is as good as it is with mp4
